As the Sr Advisor, ERP Data & Integration, you will help design and optimize how Phillips 66’s ERP and surrounding systems connect so they work together seamlessly to support our business. You will participate in the architecture and delivery of secure, reliable integration solutions that keep our ERP landscape modern, scalable, and aligned with business priorities. Working closely with IT and business partners, you will turn complex requirements into practical integration roadmaps and services that enable data-driven decisions and ongoing innovation.
What You’ll Do

Participate in the design of end-to-end integration architecture between ERP, in-house, packaged, and third-party applications so they operate as a cohesive ecosystem that supports business strategy.

Analyze current and future-state processes and integration patterns, documenting “as-is” and “to-be” flows and defining the changes needed to modernize ERP data and integration capabilities.

Design, develop, test, and deploy integration solutions and interfaces (including IDoc, RFC/BAPI, SOAP, REST, and SFTP/file-based integrations) using SAP PO/PI, SAP CPI/Integration Suite, and related SAP BTP services.

Monitor and support production integrations, handling incident resolution, performance tuning, and error handling to maintain reliable, secure ERP data flows.

Recommend and implement technical improvements to integration platforms, tools, and standards to enhance the scalability, usability, and security of ERP integrations.

Collect and refine business and technical requirements with IT and business stakeholders, translating them into integration designs, use cases, and user stories.

Contribute to and maintain integration roadmaps, patterns, and development standards, including clear onboarding and training materials for new and existing data integration technologies.

Provide technical leadership and guidance to internal teams and supplemental resources, including screening and mentoring, to ensure consistent delivery quality and adherence to integration best practices.
What You’ll Bring – Required

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, MIS, or related discipline.

3 or more years of applicable working experience with SAP integration development, SAP integration monitoring tools, and/or debugging techniques.

Intermediate proficiency working with SAP PO/PI, SAP CPI, SAP BTP services, and/or SAP Integration Suite.
What Makes You Stand Out – Preferred

Master’s degree in computer science, IT, MIS or related discipline

Expertise in Message Mapping, Graphical Mapping, XSLT, and Java/UDFs in SAP PI/PO.

Experience with S/4HANA and migration from SAP PO/PI to SAP CPI/Integration Suite.

History of defining ERP or SAP integration standards in large enterprise environments.
-
Working knowledge of iFlows, adapters, value mappings, and partner directory.
-
Knowledge of Azure DevOps and Active Control transport management.

Familiarity with SAP MDG, Ariba, SuccessFactors, or other SAP cloud products.
-
Experience delivering digital solution architectures and future-state integration roadmaps for ERP and integration platforms.

Experience with integration protocols including HTTP/HTTPS, SOAP, REST, JDBC, and SFTP.

Understanding of JSON, XML, WSDL, XSD, and API integration concepts.

Experience exploring emerging integration technologies and assessing their impact on ERP and enterprise integration landscapes.

Experience leading continuous improvement initiatives for integration platforms, tools, and processes.

Experience applying data collection, analysis, and user requirements modeling techniques to design and refine integration solutions.
Compensation Range
This position has a base salary range of $136,800 – $167,200.
