The IT Product Owner, Conversion and Payroll Design (Senior Advisor II) ensures seamless operations through configuration, replication, and support of various system integrations. The Sr Advisor will collaborate closely with HR, payroll, benefits, and finance teams to resolve issues and optimize processes across the SuccessFactors, Concur, SAP R/3, SAP S/4 and WFS environments.
What You’ll Do
- Configure and support Employee Central replication processes to ensure data accuracy and consistency across both ECC (R/3) and S/4 SAP environments. This includes working with Finance to maintain one-to-one S/4 to R/3 cost center mappings for employees.
- Configure any core SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) changes (globally) as requested by HR including new personnel areas, subareas, work locations, employee groupings, work schedules, features, etc in the R/3 and S/4 environments. Perform quality assurance and testing of changes within ERP landscape.
- Facilitate analysis and design sessions with business unit(s) for enhancements and potential projects.
- Configure and support Concur employee replication processes from S/4 to Concur. This includes support of the Concur Employee ICS component in S/4 as well as Concur request integration.
- Monitor/audit/synchronize employee master data to employee BP/vendors in S/4 environment. Provide assistance to Vendor Master group as needed.
- Support company M&A setups, integrations and continuous maintenance within S/4 platform and other company's platform (as it relates to divestures).
- Configure and support S/4 labor distribution processes between WFS and S/4 including the CATS transfers to other SAP modules. Provide support to business users (AES Closing and Control) on labor distribution related issues.
- Configure and support authority limit processes in the S/4 environment in service to Procurement, Finance, VIM, etc.
- Support payroll finance integration by liaising between payroll and finance departments, ensuring timely and correct data transfer for financial reporting and reconciliation. Work with Payroll MSP and Finance MSP as needed.
- Monitor integration processes, address any errors, and escalate issues as needed to relevant technical teams.
- Document and maintain integration procedures, workflows, and best practices.
- Provide functional support in other HR-related systems as a back-up to the product owners.
What You’ll Bring - Required
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Willing and able to provide day to day and occasional after hours system support as needed
- 6 or more years of related IT experience working with SAP HCM module
- 5 or more years of experience in HR IT operations support, specifically SAP ECC and S/4 experience
- 3 or more years of SFEC replication experience, including Concur Employee replication and WFS integration
What Makes You Stand Out - Preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Management Information Systems or another related technical or business discipline
- 10 or more years of IT professional experience with SAP HCM module
- Experience prioritizing and balancing multiple initiatives including incident management
- Working knowledge of payroll, finance, and HR processes and terminology
Compensation Range
This position has a base salary range of $160,200- $ 195,800.
