As a Enterprise Architect, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the technical and strategic direction of the organization, leveraging the power of cloud and digital technologies. This role can be based at our Houston, TX or Bartlesville, OK offices.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Create and manage architecture artifacts and viewpoints that articulate business requirements and technical solutions.
  • Lead the design, integration, and modernization of enterprise infrastructure, applications, and data, with a focus on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
  • Consult with business and IT teams to evaluate, design, and implement efficient, secure, and scalable solutions.
  • Drive advances in technology and architecture to increase value, efficiency, and reduce operational costs.
  • Document “as is” and “to be” processes, identifying and planning for required changes.
  • Implement data architecture strategies to turn analytics and raw data into actionable business insights.
  • Identify automation opportunities to minimize manual intervention and optimize processes.
  • Oversee and guide integrated solution designs, facilitating standardization and architectural synergies.
  • Monitor compliance with security, regulatory, and operational standards.
  • Make sense of high-quantity, sometimes contradictory information to solve problems and define key elements in ambiguous situations.
  • Hold yourself and others to high standards, consistently meeting commitments and taking responsibility for outcomes.
  • Continuously seek and implement improvements, integrating systems and equipping others to deliver quality results independently. 

 

What You’ll Bring (Required Qualifications)

  • Legally authorized to work in the posting country
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS or related field
  • 6 or more years of experience with complex IT implementations, including infrastructure, applications, and data integration
  • Proven skills in cloud architecture and application development, support and modernization
  • Deep knowledge of high availability, disaster recovery, and security principles
  • Familiarity with modern development frameworks, programming languages, and cloud management tools
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technologies simply

Compensation Range 

This position has a base salary range of $140,400- $171,600.

Where a candidate offer falls within the posted range depends on the candidate's experience, skills, and alignment with the role’s requirements.
